DAY 5

IDENTIFICATION: Bellrow is found in the grasslands. It grows to be 1-2 ft tall. Pink, bell-shaped flowers on corymbs. Flowers have 5 petals. Leaves are lanceolate. 1 stalk growing from a bulb. bulb is not edible.

flowers that love rain. used to play with these all the time before i molted. loved catching worms.

Another plant with the salt-pink flowers... When I get back home, I've gotta ask L.T. about that. I wish he was able to see this place - I'm sure all of the new plants would make him so happy. If only L.T. wasn't an algebralien!!! UGH!! I miss him. Whatever. I wanna start documenting the taste of the plants. I think what I did with the Weeping Acacia was kind of genius.

TASTE: Mildly sweet. Also salty. Leaves and flowers are sort of light, but the bulb is very hard to eat. Although the bulb resembles an onion, it tastes nothing like one!! Not very good.

dont eat bellrows. you will get sick and die. also i dont know how to make recovery centers. radios only fine because theyre a machine.
